Refund policy

OverStacked do not accept refunds. We however, accept returns/ exchanges for regular priced items. Shipping fee for both pick up and returns must be shouldered by the buyer. In case the item is damaged, please let us know in 1-2 days once item has been received. We are not liable for damages while thru shipping or transit.
